Support Organization and Activities

Kanbroz Info Labs has three office locations in three major cities of Saudia Arabia, each are technically equipped and independent to perfor after sales support and maintenance program.

Riyad-Head office, Jeddah and Al-Khobar
The head quarter is based in Riyad , the maintenance & Technical support department is located in a separate office building tasked to dispatch and organize post-sales support activities.All easter support needs will be covered by Al-Khobar office and the central by Riyadh office,respectively. The product support engineers are on call 24 hours by seven days depending on the level of critically of the operation of the equipment.
Kanbroz Info Labs performs the testing and commissioning of the equipment, After proper delivery and documentation of the products, the support engineers perform the necessary testing and commissioning of the installed equipment.

We assure that the equipment is property installed and operation. All support is done directly by Kanbroz Info Labs while its partners and suppliers are on stand-by and ready to provide data and technical expertise on whatever concerns that may arise Our Maintenance & Technical support Department is the Main and Single-point- of-contact for all after-sales or post implementation support and Technical-related matters.

Kanbroz Info Labs Provides Tier 1 Telephone support. The company’s Technical support Engineers and Maintenance Technicians are on call and equipped with facilities to support technical inquires through telephone.

On-call response time is done in the most minimum possible and reasonable time. Any technical questions or solutions they are not solved on a telephone call will follow a visit from the technical engineers.

All Products of Kanbroz Info Labs are capable of receiving notifications and other technical-related questions using web-based services.
